How to connect Bill.com Bills (AP & AR) to Ledge

This guide explains how to connect Bill.com Bills (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable) to Ledge using your developer key and sign-in credentials.

What you need

  • A Bill.com account with access to Bills (AP & AR)

  • A Developer key from the Bill.com Developer Portal

  • Your Organization ID (from your Bill.com account or admin settings)

  • Your Bill.com username and password (sign-in credentials)

Get your developer key and organization ID

  1. Obtain your Developer key (also called "dev key"). See BILL keys and tokensarrow-up-right for details.

  2. Find your Organization ID in Bill.com (e.g. in account or company settings, or from your administrator). This is the identifier for your organization in the Bills product.

Connect Bill.com Bills to Ledge

  1. In Ledge, go to SourcesCreate new sourceE-commerce & Billing.

  2. Click the Bill.com tile.

  3. Select Bills as the integration type.

  4. In the modal, enter:

    • Username — your Bill.com sign-in email

    • Password — your Bill.com password

    • Organization ID — your Bill.com organization identifier

    • Developer Key — your dev key from the Bill.com Developer Portal

  5. Click Connect.

Ledge will store your credentials securely and use them to sync your Bills (AP & AR) data
